PROTECTION OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY, PATENTS AND NEW PRODUCTS?

“How to protect intellectual property – Basis of rights of intellectual property” – it was theme of the whole-day Seminary that is organized by City Municipality of Palilula in Cultural Centre in Nis in cooperation with Institute for the Protection of Intellectual Property Belgrade. And this activity is part of the development strategy of the City Municipality of Palilula, stressed president Prof dr. Igor Novakovic, in his introductory exposition to the participants of the seminary. “ We are with adoption of the Strategy of small and medium enterprises and entrepreneurship clearly defined our vision of development. That is why this type of education and informing of interested residents and entrepreneurs of our municipality, that is organized by Department of Economy and Local Development of Administration of City Municipality of Palilula, in the opinion of Professor Novakovic, part of the regular activities of local government in achieving the set of standards and goals.  “I am aware of the problems that arise in the way of the protection of rights of intellectual property because I personally was forced to lead in our country a multi-year dispute – stressed Igor Novakovic.
